EPA’s Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention Office of Mission Critical Operations, Risk Assessment Support Division’s Laboratory is needing a Protective equipment maintenance agreement (EMA) for the government-owned Peak Scientific Genius XE35 nitrogen (2) and Precision SL200 hydrogen (1) generators to keep systems operational and provide sufficient gas supply to attached analytical instrumentation. The Peak Scientific Inc Protective EMA shall include: One (1) on-site annual Preventive Maintenance visit by a Factory Trained Service Engineer as scheduled by EPA POC listed in Section VII. Full coverage of all maintenance parts, labor, and engineer travel charges. Preventive replacement and/or repair of worn parts (i.e. compressor) when required.
