\n\nThis anticipated modification will be made under the authority of Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO)(FAR Class Deviation 25-11) 6.103-1: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Market Research conducted by OAQ and ERO, determined that only AIP can meet the requirement in the required timeframe.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
