Therefore, Lyrasis, Inc. is the only known source that can provide the requested Springer Nature Branded Titles and the Springer and Nature Read and Publish Journals Collections required by USU. This requirement will be procured in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).
