The projected period of performance is: Base Period: 12 months from date of award Option Period One: 12-months following expiration of the Base Period Option Period Two: 12-months following expiration of Option Period One Option Period Three: 12-months following expiration of Option Period Two Option Period Four: 12-months following expiration of Option Period Three The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811210 – Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a Small Business Administration size standard of $34.0 million. In accordance with RFO 12.102, for acquisitions valued over the simplified acquisition threshold, competition will be restricted because there is no other vendor authorized to perform or maintain proprietary Voalte system services at this time. This Notice of Intent to Restrict Competition is not a request for quotations, and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with this Notice of Intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated services may provide a capability statement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
