As part of the construction contract solicitation W912QR25R0004, the USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements: Fire Alarm: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement for equipment and material for the fire alarm which shall be the Simplex 4100U system. Access Control System: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement for equipment and material for the access control system which shall be the Lenel system. Advanced Metering: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement for equipment and material for the advanced metering system which shall be the Schneider Power Monitoring Expert (PME) system. Metering System Control: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement for equipment and material for the metering system control which shall be the Johnson Control. *This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice.
