\n\nFlow cytometry is a critical technology used for immunophenotyping, cellular analysis, and functional assessment of immune cells in both clinical and research settings. Our laboratory’s BD FACSCanto™ II flow cytometer has been in service for an extended period and requires routine preventive maintenance and timely technical support to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime.
\n\nBD Biosciences is the manufacturer of the BD™ flow cytometry system and provides specialized maintenance services, technical expertise, and support specific to this system. The annual service agreement includes two preventive maintenance inspections and PM kits, one business day guaranteed response for emergency on-site service, unlimited service visits, software revisions released during the agreement period, and telephone support for instrument, reagents and application issues.
\n\nThe statutory authority for this sole source requirement is 41 U.S.C. 253(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supply of service will satisfy agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
