The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate an other than full and open competition basis with HESKA, 3760 ROCKY MOUNTAIN AVENUE, LOVELAND, CO 80538, United States, to procure Element HT5+™ Veterinary Hematology Analyzer. The Vaccine Research Center’s (VRC) Translational Research Program (TRP) utilizes Heska Hematology Analyzers for processing NHP (non-human primate) blood samples efficiently and accurately, which are essential for the various research studies conducted by the VRC/TRP. The improved capabilities of the HT5+ analyzer include faster processing times, increased accuracy in analyzing blood parameters, expanded range of parameters that can be measured, or new features that simplify data management and analysis. These advancements can contribute significantly to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the research goals pursued by the VRC. Requirements include an upgrade of an existing Heska Hematology Analyzer to the newer HT5+ model which has enhanced capabilities.
