The Sanaria PfSPZ Reagent biological kits will be used for the Laboratory of Immunogenetics (LIG) for studying immune interactions with PBMC collected during our recent clinical trial. 1) Purified, vialed, attenuated, PfSPZ – cat # SAN-409 150K/vial Qty: 100 2) Shipping to Fishers Lane, Rockville, MD 20852 FOB Destination. Sole Source Justification: Changing variables within a clinical trial would compromise data research and our findings. For continuity and the integrity of the clinical trial, no other source is acceptable for this project. The statutory authority for this sole source requirement is 41 U.S.C. 1901 (a) (1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1 only one responsible source and no other supply of service will satisfy agency requirements.
