The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with SPT Labtech, Inc for preventative maintenance plans to support the following liquid handling systems: The equipment to be serviced with their respective periods of performance: firefly 6- head w/genomics from 04/20/2024- 04/19/2025 dragonfly discovery 6-head DFD314 (pro-rated from 05/09/2024 – 04/19/2025) firefly 6-head w/genomics FF1008 (pro-rated from 05/26/2024 – 04/19/2025) The contractor shall provide Reliance Complete preventive maintenance as outlined on the service agreement. Description of Needs for the equipment: Telephone and remote access support Application software upgrades (not applicable to XP operating systems) Hardware upgrades associated with software upgrades are not included.
