Project Description: The requested Gene to Antibody-Customized Service (rAb) and CloneArk Plasmid Preparation are required to help identify antibodies against malaria, tuberculosis, and COVID-19 for potential vaccine candidates. The current requirements are as follows: # Description Qty 1 HTP Gene to Antibody-Customized Service: rAb, description # SC1946-Ab-C 100 2 Research Grade CloneArk Plasmid Preparation (100µg), description # SC1849 200 The human monoclonal antibodies and plasmids must have specific criteria: Antibodies and plasmids must be ready by 4-6 weeks post-order. Must be priced not more than $500 per monoclonal antibody (mAb) protein production from 40mL of culture. Must be priced not more than $25 per 100µg plasmid. We have previously worked with Genscript to customize these antibodies and plasmid production. Genscript USA Incorporated is the only vendor to replicate the customized antibodies and plasmid preparation. Period of Performance(s) are as follows: One (1) year after date and acceptance of award. Delivery at the following location: NIAID, LIG, ABU, 5625 Fishers Lane, Rockville, MD 20852.
