## Description

The contractor shall provide preventive maintenance as outlined on the service agreement. Description of Needs for the Solarus II and Oneview Camera: The contractor shall provide one preventive maintenance inspection per period of performance for each piece of equipment Onsite routine maintenance includes hardware parts and software upgrades to be provided by contractor 24/7-hour Monday -Friday telephone support Unlimited on-site service calls with 5-day response time.

All work must be performed by brand name certified technicians All parts must be OEM certified Billing monthly or quarterly in arrears For third parties only those submitting a copy of their contract with equipment manufacturer along with capability statement may be considered.
