The contractor shall provide preventive maintenance as outlined on the service agreement. **Description of Needs for the Service:** The contractor shall provide one preventive maintenance inspection per period of performance for each piece of equipment Onsite routine maintenance includes hardware parts and software upgrades to be provided by contractor 24/7-hour Monday -Friday telephone and remote support Unlimited Repair Service and site service calls , travel and parts included All work must be performed by brand name certified technicians All parts must be OEM certified Billing monthly or quarterly in arrears Period of Performance: July 9, 2024 to July 8, 2025 Place of Performance Gaithersburg, MD 20878 The statutory authority for this sole source requirement is 41 U.S.C. 1901 (a) (1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1 only one responsible source and no other supply of service will satisfy agency requirements.
