The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with ONLY state organizations under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(5). This notice is issued for informational purposes and is not a request for competitive proposals. Any interested party should respond with a statement of your intent to submit a proposal in response to the NOI-FDA-2024-75F40124R00020 RFP.
