Acquisition Description: The products/supplies are estimated not to exceed $34,807.80 not including shipping cost and is required to be delivered by Feb 19, 2026. Because of the urgency of this medication, only 1 source will be solicited. The supplies must be delivered by 2/19/26. This office became aware of the requirement on 1/19/26. If the required delivery date is not met, it will impact the ability to provide patient care. Description of the supplies or services to be purchased: Products/supplies for emergency needs at the NIH Clinical Center: Surgicel 2in x 14in Absorbable Hemostat (oxidized regenerated cellulose), 1951S Surgicel Fibrillar 4inX4in (10.2CMX10.2CM), 1963 The statutory authority for this sole source requirement is 41 U.S.C. 253(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supply of service will satisfy agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
