The National Institute of Health, Clinical Center (NIH-CC) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with ArgonSoft. The National Institute of Health (NIH) requires software maintenance and support for the NIH Laboratory Information Management system (LIMS) called ASIS.TO which is designed by Argonsoft. The LIMS was previously installed by ArgonSoft in the NIH CC/ET department under agreement # 75N90023P00826. The required software and support includes: 1 year gold system support, installation of mandatory updates and minor upgrade package, and IQ/OQ of running installation and operation qualification tests. **Justification:** Argonsoft is the creator and license holder for their software, and they directly provide support and renewal to their software.
