**Posting Date:** August 12, 2024 The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Environmental Management (EM) Consolidated Business Center (CBC), intends to award a contract to Bruce Diamond (Mr. Diamond), an individual sole proprietorship of the state of Virginia, on a sole source basis.
