The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Environmental Management (EM) Consolidated Business Center (CBC), intends to award a contract to ACCESS INTELLIGENCE, LLC., hereinafter referred to as Access Intelligence, on a sole source basis. The services provided by Access Intelligence are in support of the Office of Legacy Management (LM).
