No further awards will be made unless the need for Gallup Indian Medical Center changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition. Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government’s requirements, as described, are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email no later than 8/25/2025 at 10:00AM (MDT). In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted.
