The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a one-time, sole-source, fixed-price contract to VIAcoustics, for the purpose of procuring: (1) VIAcoustics Head and Torso Simulator (HATS) + On-site Installation and Training Based on Market Research, it has been determined that VIAcoustics Inc., is the only company that can provide the requested items/services. Market research has determined that other manufacturing and specifications cannot best meet the required specifications needed. This notice will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fbo.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 334516 Semiconductor and Related Device Manufacturing. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-2.
