## Description

In accordance with FAR 6.103-1 the ordering activity Contracting Officer has determined that Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and represents the best value and results the most technically acceptable Offeror to meet the Government’s needs. The price evaluation will be in accordance with FAR Part 12. After conducting market research with Apian, a capability statement was provided to the Contracting Officer, from Apian with the following capabilities that are aligned with the Agency’s needs
