## Description

The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the National Environmental Satellite Data Information Service (NESDIS) and the Office of Systems Architecture & Engineering (SAE) regret to announce that NOAA has determined to cancel Broad Agency Announcement No. BAA-NOAA-MSSIS-2023 without making any resulting awards.

Due to changes to the availability of funding through congressional appropriations, the Systems Architecture and Engineering (SAE) Joint Venture (JV) Program has determined to move forward only with projects that meet NESDIS’s most pressing technical needs. Unfortunately, the BAA-NOAA-MSSIS-2023 is not one of the most pressing technical needs.

NOAA thanks all of the contractors for the time and effort invested into responding to this solicitation, and for your continued interest in supporting the NOAA mission. **This public notice is in direct accordance with Commerce Acquisition Manual Clause 1335.016, Broad Agency Announcement, Section 2.11.
