This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Travers Mechanical and Controls, LLC, may submit a capability statement via e-mail to Mr. Stephen Silversmith, Contract Specialist, at stephen.silversmith@ihs.gov by 1:00 PM MT on Friday, October 4, 2024. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents concerning any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
