The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to manage Lender-Placed Insurance services for USDA RD. The services shall include lender-placed insurance, inspections of property damages, check printing, mail service of lender-placed insurance correspondence, loss processing, loss-drafts, flood determination, information management services for analysis reporting, and insurance tracking services. The Contractor shall continuously update and enhance information made available to USDA RD, technology and the performance of their overall service delivery, in a manner consistent with industry standards. It is expected that the firms responding to this sources sought possess the qualifications, expertise and understanding to fulfill the above mentioned services.
