## Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) Soliciting from a Single Source, with Springer.Nature Customer Service Center LLC located in New York, NY for the purpose of electronically accessing Springer Nature Jouranal Content and access to subscribed Nature journal titles and Scientific American Access must also include a Transformative Agreement for Springer journals with article processing charge (APC) support for NIST researchers
