## Description

This requirement is for the procurement of proprietary genomics consumables manufactured by 10x Genomics, Inc., including the GEM-X Epi Multiome system and associated kits. The items to be acquired consist of the GEM-X Epi Multiome, 16 samples (Catalog #1000979), GEM-X Epi Multiome Chip Kit, 4 chips (Catalog #1000951), Single Index Kit N Set A (Catalog #1000212), and 10x Magnetic Separator B (1000394). These products are designed specifically for use with 10x Genomics platforms and are required to support multiomic sequencing workflows.

The required products must possess specific functional and performance characteristics to meet the Government’s needs. The consumables and associated equipment must be fully compatible with existing 10x Genomics instrumentation and workflows and enable simultaneous epigenomic and transcriptomic profiling from the same biological sample. The system must support high-throughput processing of up to 16 samples per kit and utilize proprietary reagents that ensure data quality and reproducibility.

Additionally, the consumables must be single-use, as required by the manufacturer, and designed to integrate seamlessly with existing laboratory protocols without modification. The magnetic separation equipment must be specifically designed for use with 10x Genomics workflows and enable efficient and reliable bead-based separation steps required in the protocol. These characteristics are essential to maintain continuity of ongoing research and ensure accurate and reliable experimental results.
