The purpose of this justification is extend the current task order to provide continued enterprise information technology (IT) support services to the Office of Innovation and Information Technology (OIIT) within the NIH Office of Research Services (ORS) and the Office of Research Facilities (ORF) under the CIO-SP3 vehicle.
