## Description

Provision the new National Institutes of Health database and test initial logins with National Institutes of Health. Install and test the modules listed below:

Now Space - Mobility The vendors Touch Panels Outlook integration SSO HR data feed Map view Planning Meeting Plan, conduct and document the Pre-Deployment Planning Meeting. The vendors will conduct this meeting with your team and RS subject matter experts, via web conference. National Institutes of Health will coordinate with the vendors to guarantee that National Institutes of Health will have the required personnel at the planning meeting. Topics include, but are not limited to:

Identify high level tasks Identify resources required and available Identify project risks, constraints, and issues Establish project schedule Review system rules requirements Discuss data conversion Review project milestones and deliverables
