## Description

The purpose of this notice is to inform the public that the NIH the Office of NIH Business Systems (ONBS) is to acquire FlexDeploy DevOps Automation Tool for licensing, installation/implementation support services, training, maintenance support services and supplies. This tool automates processes with plugins for cloud and infrastructure resources, applications, databases and middleware.

Additionally, FlexDeploy provides NIH Business Systems Cloud (NBSC) with the capability to build repeatable business strategies to improve release management, improve security, controls, and governance, speed, and quality. Database, and APEX and therefore has unique qualifications. Additionally, ONBS has integrated this tool with SVN and GitHub. This tool is currently part of ONBS operations and replacing it would negatively impact operational continuity. Furthermore, the cost associated with integrating and transitioning to an alternative tool would be prohibitive.
