The announcement serves as the notice of proposed contract action under FAR Subpart 5.2 as well as the source sought notice in PGI 206.302-1. The Government intends to issue a sole source contract under FAR 6.302-1. The award will be made using FAR Part 15 with no socioeconomic set-asides. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541990 with a side standard of $19.5M. The Government plans to award a single award contract with a one-year period of performance and one-year option period.
