Parker, (CAGE: 4VDW7), located in Broomfield, CO, on a sole-source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source to obtain Physicist Support Services for the Time Scale, Primary Frequency Standards, and Two-Way and GPS Time Transfer a Laboratory.
