Since the repair involves the replacement of internal components, such work require access to, or advance knowledge of, that proprietary technology, such as schematics, data sheets, or laboratory notebooks. Radian Research is the only known vendor who is capable in providing the required repair. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334515, Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing, with a size standard of 750 employees. A determination by the Government not to complete with the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations.
