This is a sole source requirement as GAC is the exclusive membership that allows technical cooperation with National Metrology Institutes and Designated Institutes to participate and be represented during General Assembly meetings and participate in its various working groups, is the resource responsible for maintaining the available research content and the member publications and newsletters, for managing a joint proficiency testing program and a signatory membership in the GAC. A firm fixed-price Purchase Order will be issued on or about January 1, 2026, for a 1- year period. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Inquiries will only be accepted via e-mail to harry.brubaker@nist.gov. The Government will consider responses received by 5:00PM, EST, December 15, 2025. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement.
