Additional optional work may include demolition and reconstruction of the northwest entrance overhang at Building 5 with new gutters and painting; reinstallation of an ornamental vent stack cap at Building 3; and removal and replacement of the main entrance door system, frame, and associated concrete slab and structural supports at Building 11. Work will require demolition, structural installation, roofing, sheet metal work, exterior door installation, and site restoration while maintaining building protection and safety compliance. The anticipated period of performance is 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
