This is a sole source given Certain Inc. is the exclusive developer, seller, marketer and distributor within the US of the Professional Edition Conference Registration System SaaS software solution capable of handling PII and fully compliant with all relevant Federal and NIST IT security, privacy and payment requirements. Access to the platform and the content available therein is not available on-line through any other interface or vendor. A firm fixed-price purchase order modification revising the basic SaaS subscription content for the remainder of Option Yr. 3 and outyear 4 will be issued on or about 31 Jan 2024. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.
