## Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, management, supplies and any other items deemed necessary to complete bulk trash dumpster drop off and removal services. All materials shall be picked up from the Treasury Departmental Office warehouse at Landover, Maryland, the Main Treasury building located at 1500 Pennsylvania Ave. NW Washington DC 20220 or other locations within Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC (DMV) upon request by the COR.

The contractor shall deliver all bulk trash to facilities approved for disposal and recycling. All recyclable material must be recycled to the maximum extent possible. Dumpster drop-off and removal requests services will be submitted to the Contractor by the Treasury Departmental Office designated COR.

The contractor shall drop off a 30 cubic yard (6ft x 8ft x 18ft) or any appropriately sized dumpster with a capacity of up to 4 tons, to the Treasury Departmental Warehouse in Landover or other locations within the DMV. Treasury Departmental Office has 5 to 7 business days to fill the dumpster within the 4-ton (or other) capacity weight requirement. The contractor has 24 hours to pick up and roll-off the filled dumpster upon notification by the COR.

The contractor must perform to the requirements of the contract and comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulation. Bulk trash may consist of general non-hazardous excess and surplus scrap government furniture, wood pallets, computer equipment, other equipment, construction, and demolition debris from building maintenance activities consisting of general non-hazardous materials to be sorted offsite and recycled to the maximum extent possible. . All workers must be US Citizens. All responses are due by August 16th by 5:00 PM EST.
