**Request for Information - See Attached Target Audience:** HUBZone, Certified Organization Change Management Expertise. All entities encouraged to respond. 12/13/2023 Update to Industry - PEO MLB will proceed with a HubZone set Aside - Slight updates to the requirement are available in the revised document posted below. 2/14/2024 - PEO MLB intends to proceed with a Blanket Purchase Agreement pursuant to FAR 13.3 as a HUBZone set aside. An updated Statement of Objectives (SOO) for the BPA is posted below.
