Pagers shall be secure, encrypted, and provide coverage in the state of New Mexico, the southern parts of Colorado, and Eastern Arizona. All necessary personnel, supplies, materials, and equipment to perform these services will be provided by the vendor. The NAICS code is 517112, with an associated small business size standard of 1,500 employees. The contract will have a base period and four option periods. The anticipated period of performance will be: December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2030. In accordance with 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), the contracting officer has determined that there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent to award a single source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses should be received by 8:00 AM Mountain Standard Time (MST) on Monday, November 3, 2025. The contract will be issued without further notice after the deadline stated above.
