## Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, labor and supervision. Includes furnish and install of (56) to remove existing doors and install new doors at Bangor Navy Lodge. Request for Quotation (RFQ) submittal requirements: All quotes must be submitted only to brandi.monroe@nexweb.org in accordance with the RFQ.

Quotes are due by 25 July 2024, NLT 3:00PM EST. The following must be completed in order for your quote to be considered: Complete blocks 11, 13, 14, 15, and 16 on the top page of the RFQ Complete Attachment 4 (Price/Cost Breakdown) Complete Section 5 (Contractor Past Performance) Complete Attachment 6 (Provisions) The failure to submit the requested documentation may render your quote unresponsive or incomplete.
