## Description

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Cafeteria & Food Truck Services. This is a concessionaire-type contract where the contractor will operate two cafeterias and a mobile food truck, paying the Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI) either a monthly concessionaire fee or a percentage of gross sales, whichever is greater. THE NAFI WILL NOT PAY FOR THESE SERVICES.

	Contract Type: Concessionaire (Revenue Sharing with the NAFI)

	Period of Performance: The contract will have a base period of two years, from December 30, 2026, to December 29, 2028, with eight (8) subsequent one-year option periods.
