One Offeror will be awarded a “seed project” delivery order which will fulfill their minimum guarantee and will be issued concurrently with the award of the basic IDIQ contract. The “seed project” for this solicitation will be for two LNG deliveries to NSGB (e.g. 28 September – 2 October 2026 and 19-23 October 2026 unless modified).
