## Description

The proposed lease area at the Naval Air Station, Kingsville, Texas consists of 123.94 acres inclusive of ditches, field borders, field roads, and other natural or man-made features of the landscape, less and except fenced driveways. The lease area is used for row crop purposes only. The lease is for an initial term of one (1) year with the option to renew for nine (9) additional one-year periods. The lease area will be available to the lessee starting on 01 March 2025.
