This acquisition will result in the award of a Design-Build (DB) and Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Firm-Fixed- Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACCs) for medium-sized general construction projects, including new construction, renovation, alteration, and repair located in the NAVFAC SE Area of Operation(AO), which includes, but is not limited to, the States of Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.
