All caution colors shall be reapplied. The south exit ramp shall have a new roof over existing structure. Lightning Protection to be replaced and recertified. The contractor shall require a Florida Licensed Professional Engineer as necessary for the required work. CLIN 003 Training Building A-515 will be a partially active building during the repair project. Repairs to A-515 include removal and replacement of the existing asphalt shingle roof with a new standing seam metal roof, refinish external overhang wood pole support columns, cosmetic repairs to concrete cracks, exterior power wash cleaning and repainting, replace damaged facade, new rain gutters and downspouts, replace carpet in training rooms, and install new vinyl flooring in hallways.
