This project is located at Paragon Army Base, Charnocks, Barbados. The general scope of this requirement includes but is not limited to design and construction of a four-story multipurpose rappel tower structure to facilitate rappelling, rock climbing, fast roping and traditional rope climbing. Due to high winds and corrosive environment, the rappel tower must be constructed of precast concrete. The proposed action is herein synopsized on the Government wide Point of Entry (GPE) as required by FAR 5.201. The J&A will be posted to Sam.Gov Opportunities in accordance with FAR 6.305.
