## Description

The outcomes to be achieved is Base Operating Support (BOS) services at Pinecastle Training Range Complex, Altoona, FL areas of operations herein referred to as the Pinecastle BOS. This requirement includes all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering and other items necessary to perform services for the following Annexes/Sub-annexes: 1502000 Facilities Investment; 1503010 Custodial; 1503020 Pest Control; 1503030 ISWM; 1503050 Ground Maintenance; and 1606000 Water. The outcomes for this acquisition are consistent with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 37.101 definition of service contracts.
