## Description

This procurement is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Design-Bid-Build construction contract for the renovation of building 485 at Naval Support Activity (NSA) in Panama City, FL. Building 485 is a Galley. For this procurement, the contractor will provide all supervision, labor, materials and equipment to renovation building 485 at NSA Panama City, Florida in accordance with the Statement of Work. In summary, this project includes Interior renovation of Building 485 Galley at NSA Panama City, Florida.

Modernizing dining and kitchen space, improve aesthetics and functionality. Establishiing a temporary galley capable of serving 150 breakfasts, 200 lunches, and 150 dinners, with seating for 100 patrons. The facility will include a full kitchen, prepping and serving stations, dining seating, restrooms.
