## Description

The outcome to be achieved is a new contract for the repair/upgrade of the existing on-prem Avaya phone system to the latest Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) complaint releases certified on the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) Approved Products List (APL) in order to meet mission requirements until a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) can be implemented. This requirement includes all labor, material, equipment, and supervision, and other items necessary to repair/upgrade the Avaya phone system.
