This requirement is sole sourced to JEM Engineering, 8683 Cherry Lane, Laurel, MD 20707. This is a direct replacement of the existing antenna. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to miranda.m.zamarron.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.
