This requirement is sole sourced to American Ordnance LLC, 17575 Highway 79 Middletown, IA 52638-9701. This is a PBXN-3 is a pressed material that is currently used in a current system and cannot be swapped with a different material. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to miranda.m.zamarron.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.
