This requirement is sole sourced to BUCHI Corporation, 19 Lukens Drive, New Castle DE 19720 as the only vendor that makes a spray dryer with the organic solvent and corrosive acid compatibility needed for the chemistries that will occur within the spray dryer. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any form believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may respond by email to Terryl Mitchell at terryl.n.mitchell.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893625Q50022 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
